SARIGÖL Deep Belt Filter is an industrial fluid purifier that can filter cutting oil or bor oil contaminated with metal particles and dust. The use of disposable paper filters guarantees optimal filtration of coolants and lubricants, meeting diverse requirements.

This product is ideal for a wide range of industrial applications, machining centers, grinding, rolling, washing and polishing.

Depending on the application and requirements, a magnetic filter can be added to the deep bed belt filter for the filtration of magnetic particles.

In the first stage, the contaminated coolant is fed into the filter without pressure via the inlet distributor. It then passes through the paper filter and reaches the clean tank below after being cleaned.

In the second stage, the filter bed’s configuration permits a high liquid level, thus enabling the filter paper to be used for a longer period. Metal particles and dust accumulate on the paper. This will gradually reduce the fluid flow. These metal particles and dust form an additional high-quality filter layer, thereby improving the filtration result.

In the final stage, the accumulation of metal particles and dust on the paper filter ultimately results in the blockage of fluid permeability, causing the fluid to begin rising. When the adjustable liquid level is reached at this stage, the contamination sensor activates, advancing the non-permeable part of the paper by means of a motor and dropping it into the dirty box. The process involves replacing the dirty filter paper with a clean one, and this operation is repeated continuously.

In comparison to flat belt filters, deep belt filters offer the following advantages:

Additionally, the system incorporates a tank for the collection of filtered liquid. The tank capacity is selected based on the flow rate of the cooling liquid. The collected and filtered fluid can then be circulated to the desired area using a circulation pump or directly fed into the system using a high-pressure pump.

The paper filter must be replaced when it is used up.
